2 bunch Leeks
150 gram Pork meatballs and/or collagen-rich niku-motsu
3 clove Garlic
1 piece Ginger
4 tablespoon Mirin
5 tablespoon Red miso
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 cup Broth
1. Put the boiled meatballs, miso, broth, ginger, garlic into the pot boiled they become soft. Simmer until tender and add the vegetables slowly.
2. Add in miso after 20 minutes. Season with soy sauce and mirin. Simmer and serve.
